I am an award winning chef who has worked in the food industry for over 25 years. I started out working in some of the best restaurants and hotels in the UK and around the World (Le Gavroche in London, Castle Hotel in Taunton, Winteringham Fields in Lincolnshire, Grand Hyatt in Melbourne and View du Monde in Melbourne). I have recently spent four years working as a Development Chef for M&S and Sainsburys. During this time I observed new food trends and how to incorporate the latest ingredients.
In 2021, after much soul searching, I decided to follow my dream and open my own business. Foodies is a family run business. I am passionate about food and creating amazing dishes for a range of events. I cater for weddings, dinner parties, street food festivals, sporting events and corporate events.
I have also been working with a local East Riding of Yorkshire charity Mires Beck, based in North Cave. I work with local suppliers and all ingredients are locally and responsibly sourced.
